Hello,
It's always easy to sign up, but paying is much less so when it comes to unsubscribing. I went to Trombi.com ... go to "Help," then "Unsubscribe" ... it's easy, yes, but I can't find where "Help" is at the top left??? I see nothing....
What else can I do?

Information found on a sharing site, to be tested.
I will explain how to disable automatic renewal, how to delete your banking information, and how to permanently unsubscribe from trombi.com.
1. To disable automatic renewal, scroll to the bottom right of the trombi page, click on "Your purchase history", then next to the last purchase there will be an icon "disable automatic renewal", click on it. You have canceled the automatic renewal, that's one thing done.
2. You need to delete your banking information because it is automatically saved by the site. Click on "profile" at the top left, then "settings" and then "banking information" "edit". You are on the banking information page, click on "delete".
3. To permanently unsubscribe from the site.
* Go to the Trombi site.
* Once logged in, go to the "Help" section.
* First click on the topic: "Registration on Trombi.com".
* Then on the question: "How can I delete all my data on Trombi.com?".
* Click on "Unsubscribe from Trombi.com".
And there you go, you are unsubscribed. To all those like me who have been caught out. Now you know how to unsubscribe. I hope I have helped you because it's not easy to find all this information on the trombi.com site.
