Hello everyone, I'm trying to unsubscribe from Trombi, but I can't find how. If anyone has the answer, thanks in advance and have a good day!!!

Good evening, I just unsubscribed. It's simple: you go to your homepage, click on "help" on the left, then "registration", and at the bottom of the page you click on "unsubscribe" just like that and within a minute you'll receive a message. There you go. Have a good evening.

Small warning if you want, not to unsubscribe, but rather to subscribe to the premium offer. Now, without the warning being perfectly clear (written in gray on a gray background... oh really!), the renewal is automatic when you pay by credit card. In other words, if you do not cancel your subscription before the due date, you'll be on the hook for another year without any notification and your account will be automatically charged!

Run away from trombi! They don't know what to do to make money. The ads are overwhelming even with the premium offer, and these practices are disgusting.

A little something, I've shared the premium trombi code with three classmates from my school. I've been using my system for over a year. I've invited about twenty alumni, recommending they sign up for Cd'A. I've organized two meetings in our school's city. But unfortunately, for the past two days, I can no longer log in with the last code that was lent to me. The other two still work, but since the premium subscription has ended... I have a feeling they might have figured out my trick. If anyone has an idea or a tip, thanks in advance.

Hello, it's true I'm in this situation. I just realized today while looking at my accounts that Trombi charged me 17.40 euros. Ahhh, they are scammers! Plus, I changed my internet provider and I can't find my premium client area with Trombi anymore.

If it's possible on trombi, enter your email, then click on "forgot password"... then go to your registration email to retrieve the code from trombi. That should be easy in principle... if your issue is finding your email from back then, I'm afraid it's only memory or the bank for opposition. Best regards.

Totally agree! I just got scammed and my account was debited 12€ without my consent! Stay away!! Use "copains d'avant" instead, which is completely free and very satisfactory...

Well, now there's no longer a help section for unsubscribing!!!!

You need to go to the contact section; there are 2 contact sections at the bottom of each page, so you should choose the smaller one at the very bottom and then follow the instructions regarding unsubscribing.

Hello, I think the best thing to do is to block the payment since it automatically renews after 3 months, and that's what I'm going to do because I believe it's an abuse. I have the same issue, I asked them for the address to settle this year, since they're giving me a hard time. Still no response, so I'm not paying by credit card anymore because the renewal is automatic and I had warned them that I was stopping the subscription, yet they went ahead and renewed it for this year anyway. Thanks to anyone who can give us an answer.
