Screen tearing on TV via HDMI

Hello,

When I watch a movie on my PC, I have no issues, but when I play it on my TV by connecting my PC via HDMI, the sound and sometimes even the video stutter, regardless of the media player used.

Can anyone help me?

Thank you for your response. I forgot to specify that my issue was with the sound... Earlier, I also had the problem as if the signal was cut off. Black screen for less than 1 second, and when the image returns, the channel appears as when you change channels.

It's simple, you need to adjust the image refresh rate in the graphics card settings of the PC. For a PC monitor, it's 60Hz, for the TV it's 50Hz.

I confirm.  The HD TV must be the only active screen.  I had this problem and I found the solution after several other options.....  With VLC no more bugs when I watch 1080p movies. !  Finally!

Hello, the refresh rate of the image is 60 or 75 Hz for a PC screen and for the TV it's 50 Hz. You need to enable the HDTV function via your graphics card software.
