Chromecast with sound but no image

Hello,
I cast my tablet and the kids' TV using a Chromecast without any problem.
I see my tablet screen on the TV, I choose Netflix (my grandson loves it...) I select his movie
so far, so good. I see on both screens, TV and tablet
and when I start the movie... black screen on the TV (but not on the tablet). There is sound but no image.
The catch is that if I do the same thing with my mobile phone, both work fine (but not very practical because if I get a call it pauses his movie)
so it’s not an issue with the TV.
I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app, turning off and resetting the Chromecast, turning off and restarting the tablet, and the TV.
Any ideas, please??? Maybe a setting on the tablet? On the TV?

Here is the user guide for ChromeCast by Netflix, apparently if the tablet is not up to date it doesn't work
