Bonjour,
je suis sous XP, depuis dimanche pour télécharger pour un dossier de 200mo par exemple mon pc me demande 1h30
j'ai fait plusieurs scanne avec mon anti virus : norton il n'as rien trouve
j'ai installée malwarebytes qui as trouvée des problèmes que j'ai supprime
microsoft essentiel a trouve aussi des problème que j'ai aussi supprime
mais depuis ça mets toujours une éternité a téléchargée
merci si vous pouvez m'aidez

    Bonjour,

    déjà, vous devez supprimer un des deux antivirus. JAMAIS deux antivirus pour le même système d'exloitation.
    (soit norton, soit internet security)

    Voyez si cela va mieux après cela.

    oui quand j'ai fait le scanne avec l'autre anti virus j'avais
    désinstaller norton avant .
    maintenant je n'utilise que norton
    ce qui est bizarre" c'est que le PC fonctionne tees bien comme d'ab
    mais que le chargement de fichier

    le pc fonctionne normalement les pages web s'ouvre rapidement
    mais le téléchargement est tjs aussi lent
    j'ai supprimer les tolbar de google et norton
    mais rien n'as change pour les téléchargements

    merci pour le nettoyeur c'est malwarebytes,
    le registre c'est adwcleaner
    n'y as t'il pas de problème avec malwarebyte adwcleaner et norton ,

    je viens de penser a ça dimanche en bougeant le bureatelecharger-34087353-bureau bureau] j'ai 'tire' sur la prise qui mène téléphone a la box
    j'ai remis les fils dans la prise téléphone et l'ordi fonctionnais
    du coup je me demande si il y aurais pas cause a effet de ce cote la ??

      ps : malwarbytes n'a rien à voir avec Cclaener, et n'interfère en rien avec ton antivirus. Tu peux le garder sur ton pc et faire une vérification de temps à autre, en le mettant à jour auparavant.
