Hello,
I can't use my printer (HP Photosmart B010 series) since I changed the cartridges: I turn it on, and the title message appears immediately + turn off and on again. I spent a day trying to fix the problem, but nothing works. The ink levels are recognized as full, but no actions are possible from the printer...

Configuration: Windows 7 / Internet Explorer 9.0

If nothing works, the print head is faulty (CN642A or CN643A depending on the models).
