Nothing works, the message doesn't change and the printer is still malfunctioning!
Any solution please

    Hello,

Here are some suggestions for this error:

If nothing works, the print head is probably defective.

unfortunately, buying a print head will cost just as much (quote...) as a new printer!
The print head is designed to fail after the average warranty period. And since you happened to have bought HP cartridges, you are forced to buy HP again. After contacting outsourced support (who doesn’t understand your questions) and writing to customer service (who responds impersonally); we need to boycott HP for its vicious policy that victimizes the consumer. Let’s share the info on social media.

It's horrible what you're saying, Contrelarnac!
But the worst part is that you're right!
I bought an HP multifunction printer at Fnac, a few months later, after just buying new cartridges, it lets me down, it won't print anymore.
When I called customer service, they told me that the print head was broken and needed to be replaced.
Fortunately, I was still under warranty.
Well, same story a few months later, I buy more cartridges, and the printer lets me down again showing me this awful message:
      "Ink system failure
      0xc19a0003
Turn off then turn on the printer"
There you go, I'm no longer under warranty, they offer me a quote that will obviously cost me an arm and a leg, and I'm left with HP cartridges on my hands.

I had the same "0xc19a0003 ink system failure" problem on my B110. The printer was purchased on 11/17/2011, and I have often used compatible cartridges bought at Action for €10 for 4 cartridges, which have always satisfied me in terms of quantity and quality. On 03/15/2016 (after 5 years of use), following a paper jam, I encountered this issue. I must say that I had recently accepted "participation" for "improvement" and HP updates. A GRAVE ERROR on my part because HP interferes with your equipment to achieve its ends: to compel you to change your printer in my case. My conclusion is this: one should not agree to collaborate with HP in any way.
