Hello,
I just bought an HP Photosmart series B109 printer. When I run the installation from the CD, everything goes smoothly until I turn on the printer. I’m supposed to set the language/region on the printer’s touchscreen, but instead I get an error message: "ink system failure 0xc19a0020" — turn it off to restart the printer. I’ve tried turning it off and on several times, and the message appears each time. Could someone help me?
Configuration: Windows 7 / Firefox 3.6.3

I have the same issue with my printer... it worked correctly for several weeks/months ... and one day the error message appeared
"Ink System Error 0xc19a0020 Turn off printer and then turn it back on"
I don't know how to resolve the problem....
If anyone has an idea.........
