Bonjour,
mon pc Dell sur windows 7 ne veut plus redémarré il affiche un écran bleu contenant ce text :
"STOP:c000021a {fatal error system}
The NT Initial Command Process system process terminated unexpectedly with a status of 0xc0000001 (0x00000000 0x00000000).
The system has been shut down"
j'ai essayé la réparation du démarrage la restauration mais ça n'a pas marché il ne veut pas redémarré et il affiche cet écran bleu s'il vous plait help !!
