Envoi de courrier intempestif

Bonjour a tous

J'ai windows xp home, avec toute les mise a jour de windows et internet explorer.

après avoir enlevé virus et spyware de mon ordi avec norton et spyhunter. Mon ordinateur envoi des courriers electronique jusqu'a 50 en une minute. J'ai installé zone Alarme, lorsque je bloc internet pour le programe explorer.exe les courriers cessent d'ètre envoyé.

A l'aide si quelqu'un peu m'aider a enlever cette merde.... SVP

Télécharge HijackThis:
--->hijackthis
Installe le dans son propre dossier:
-clique droit sur le bureau, choisis "nouveau dossier" puis installe le dedans.
Lance le, clique sur "do a system scan and save logfile"
Puis copie et colle le rapport ici stp

Ok, merci

¤ Clic sur "demarrer", "executer", tape: services.msc ,cherche dans la liste cette ligne, fais un clic droit dessus choisis "propriétés" et régle la sur "désactivé"

Microsoft authenticate service


¤ Clic sur démarrer, poste de travail, C:, program files et supprime ce fichier si présent :

- msasvc.exe

**Si un fichier persiste lors de la suppression fait ceci:
-Redémarre ton PC. Dès l'allumage de celui-ci tapote la touche F8 (ou F5 si F8 ne fonctionne pas), à l'écran qui va apparaître choisit "mode sans echec" attends un peu.. puis va supprimer les fichiers/dossiers, vide ta corbeille et redémarre ton PC normalement


¤ Télécharge, installe puis met à jour ce logiciel(Ewido), une fois que c'est fait, fais un scan complet de ton système, supprime (delete) tout ce qu'il te trouve puis colle le rapport ici stp
Ewido: (en Anglais reste gratuit après la période d'essai)

Recommence le scan avec Ewido et "delete" tout

Fait ce scan anti-virus en ligne avec Internet Explorer, accepte l'active X; la barre anti-popup du SP2 (en haut) va se mettre à clignoter, clique dessus et choisis "accepter l'active X" pour faire fonctionner le scan anti-virus.
Une fois qu'il a terminé colle le rapport ici stp

Cherche et supprime :

- hset.exe
- telebos.exe

Rends toi sur se site, en haut à droite clique sur "choose" tu vas dans C:, windows, system32 tu cherche le processus ci-dessous et tu cliques sur "ouvrir" dès que c'est fait tu cliques sur "send" tu attends un peu et colle le rapport ici une fois qu'il a terminé stp

J'ai enlever les deux fichiers et voici le scan que virusTotal m'a donné.

Il ne semble plus y avoir d'envoie de courrier. Je vais attendre encore un peu avant de crier victoir mais c'est encouragent.

désolé fausse alert il envoie encore des courriers, j'ai remplacé ma version d"essai de norton qui venais de dépassé son temp et j'ai installé avast cé lui qui me confirme qu'il y a encoire des envois de courrier

Clic sur "demarrer", "executer", tape: services.msc ,cherche dans la liste cette ligne, fais un clic droit dessus choisis "propriétés" et régle la sur "désactivé"

- Symantec Lic NetConnect service

¤ Télécharge ce logiciel :

- Telecharge et installe CCleaner (n'installe pas la barre d'outil Yahoo)
---> Ccleaner

- Redémarres le PC en mode sans échec : tu tapotes sur la touche F8 de ton clavier (ou F5 ) dès le démarrage et tu choisis le mode sans échec)

Puis en mode sans echec fait ceci

dans la colonne de gauche clic sur "erreurs" coches toutes les cases, puis cliques en bas sur "chercher des erreurs" une fois finit, cliques sur "reparer les erreurs" et tu aura un message pour sauvegarder ta base de registre tu dis "oui" puis tu recommences jusqu'a ce qu'il te trouve plus d'erreurs.
Les sauvegardes que tu aura faites tu pourra les supprimer si ton ordinateur n'a plus de problémes

¤Relance Ccleaner, vas dans l'onglet "nettoyeur" present sur la gauche, decoches la derniere case (Avancé si elle est cochée) puis clic sur "lancer le nettoyage"

Puis redémarre normalement.

¤ Met à jour Ewido puis fait un scan complet de ton système et colle le rapport ici stp

et oui toujours du courrier qui s'envoi tout seul mais pas d'alert juste le scan de avast que je voie en bas qui vérifie les courrier
