J'espère que cette réponse passera, car malheur de malheur l'analyse Bitdefender et Kapersky n'a rien résolu. Pas de virus détectés.
Pourtant mon système continue à être bloqué à tous les niveaux avec ensuite beaucoup de peines pour sortir du programme avec toujours ce même message " ne répond pas" , impossibilité d'éteindre mon ordi via la voie normale et hier soir il se réallumais constament. On dirait que celà se passe qu'à certains moments. Je travaille parfois des heures sans que ce problème n'apparaissent.

J'enrage car je ne vois pas ce que je peux faire.

Bonsoir,

Incroyable, mais j'attends encore quelques heures avant de crier victoire.
J'ai enlevé "Bitdefender" et j'ai mis "Zone Alarm" à l'essai pour 15 jours. Pour le moment tout fonctionne pour le mieux du monde et beaucoup plus rapidement.

Quant je pense que j'ai payé bien cher cet anti-virus de Bitdefender 9 Pro.

Pouvez-vous m'expliquer ?

Bonsoir,

Comme déjà dit, depuis que j'ai enlevé le Bitdefender 9 Pro +, tout va nettement mieux.

Sauf que lorsque je veux installer "Hijack This" un message me dit que le fichier est introuvable.

Pour ce qui est de MSN, je parviens aussi à me connecter (ce qui n'était pas le cas avec Bitdendender) .
MAIS la connection se coupe aussitôt dès que j'ai un interlocuteur en ligne.

Que faire ?

Dans Spybot je ne trouve pas la quarantaine.

J'ai donc téléchargé Smitfraud. Peux-tu me donner la marche à suivre. Faut-il ,comme la question est posée , réinisialiser la liste des sites de confiance et sensibles Oui ou Non ? Et la suite ?
Comme tu vois je n'ose pas m'avancer.
Faut-il avant tout se mettre en "Démarrage" normal ou non ?

Bonjour Régis,

T'as raison je me suis laissé prendre au jeu et suis aller voir ce qui se passait sur "Allo cam".
Je pensais en être débarassé.

Fortis c'est ma banque, j'ai un programme qui me permets de m'y connecter afin d'effectuer mes opérations banquaires. En opérant comme tu me dit de faire je vais pas supprimer cette facilité ?

Comment s'y prendre pour faire des mises à jours Windows alors que c'est un ami qui est venu l'installer.

Mal commencé l'année avec une grippe.

Voilà je pense que presque tout est rentré dans l'ordre.
Juste deux choses qui me chifonnent encore un peu c'est ce foutu MSN, qui coupe bien souvent ma connection ADSL lorsque je tente d'ouvrir MSN. Je pense d'ailleur m'en défaire une fois pour toute.
Il y a depuis peu un problème de lenteur de connection lorsque j'ouvre mon ordi. Je me demande si c'est pas un problème au niveau de l'auto-connect.
