Bonjour,
voila je travaille actuellement dans mon stage sur le vtraitement de données issue d'un capteur , mais malheureusement je ne suis pas trop doué dessus ( a la base le stage devait etre sur labview) mais bon
donc voila le probleme j'ai des donnée issue d'un capteur stockée dans un fichier texte (ca c fait ), ensuite en representant les resultats je me suis rendu compte qu'a intervale regulier j'avais un impulsion de sinchronisation (un trigger) .
donc pour l'eliminer a chaque fois ?
si quelqu'un pouvvait m'aider.
ps: je trouve pas comment ajouter un fichier joint, donc si quelqu'un a une iddée je lui enverai par mail.

Salut.
Il faut en premier lieu caractériser ton trigger en amplitude et/ou en fréquence.
Si son amplitude est très supérieur à la normal, il suffit de faire une sélection par seuil : tout les données au dessus de ce seuil sont du trigger et sont donc ignorés.
Si la fréquence est très régulière, tu peux essayer de faire une transformé de fourier, modifier le spectre (annulé les fréquences liées au trigger) puis faire la transformée inverse.
Une autre technique peut fonctionné si le trigger est très net : détecté les front montant et descendant (gradient élevé) et supprimer tout ce qu'il y a entre les deux.

merci char snipeur de ta reponse , en effet j'aurrait du mettre des commentaire et mieux nommé mes variables, ce ke j'essayé de faire c'etait de trouver la postion de mes trigger dans mes donnés en faisons un seuillage (variable Y), ensuite j'effectue une derivation de Y cela me donne Z, Z contient la plupart du temp des 1 sauf au position correspondant au moment au le signal change de signe, ensuite je n'est qu'a recuperer ces données en effectuens un notre seuillage (W)
ensuite je fait une boucle dont le nombre d'iteration est egale a la taille de W
est a chaque fois je recupere la partie du signal entre chaque trigger( Y(W(1)-1) correspond a l'indice du premier trigger et Z(W(1)) est la distance separent le trigger 1 et 2.
pour le reste je dois faire un 2 eme traitement identique mais cette fois en eliminons les 2 rais restante et en gardons la partie centrale qui contient l'information utiles.

dérivé les index du trigger (variable Y) n'a, à mon avis, aucun intéret. D'où ma modification en gras. Ma façon de faire, c'est de dérivé le signal "seuilé" X>9 qui vaut 1 (erreur dans ce que j'ai fait, j'ai inversé les signes) lorsqu'on passe de signal à trigger et -1 de trigger à signal. Ceci te permet de bien repérer les changements. Ensuite, dans les variables V et W je met les index de changement qu'il ne me reste plus qu'à utiliser pour récupérer la parti de X qui est intéressante.
