Connecting a 5.1 system to an MSI GX720

Hello,

Here is my problem: I have a Logitech 5.1 system, and I would like to connect it to my MSI. According to a small box glued to my computer, with my sound card I could use a 7.1 (it says 7.1 channel, audio Output). I manage to plug in my connectors, but only 1 input out of 2 works. So I would like to know if there exist adapters on the market that would allow me to connect my 3 connectors of the 5.1, or if there exists a method so that I can use my 2 audio ports simultaneously.

For info there are 4 inputs: one for the microphone, analog stereo audio input for auxiliary (an arrow toward a circle), analog stereo audio output for speaker (an arrow coming out of a circle) and a headset input

    Hello,

    I downloaded the manual for your MSI GX720 laptop. Inside, it tells you where to plug in the three jacks of your Logitech 5.1 kit.

    Your sound card is a Realtek High Definition Audio. Check that 5.1 mode is selected in the Realtek HD Audio Manager, which you can find in Start Menu > Control Panel.

      Haha in the vein of useless comment,
      For my defense I had asked a guy who works at Fnac and the only answer he gave me was to buy an external sound card... but in doubt I asked my question here, good for me otherwise indeed I would have bought one for nothing.

      And to finish (because you have to put me in my place) I had read the manual, my only issue is that I no longer had the Realtek audio manager (which I had forgotten about). Moreover, if you look higher I said I closed the topic, it's because I had exhausted the various "specialists" in IT I had access to (Fnac, Apple, and others) who all more or less advised buying a sound card. So it wasn't a matter of laziness...
      In fact, I don't even understand why you found it useful to post such a comment..
