Hello,

My Nikon Coolpix camera has unfortunately fallen... It barely fell from a few cm but unfortunately on a hard surface. As a result, my zoom is stuck and when I turn on my camera a screen pops up saying 'lens problem'. I tapped on the zoom once yesterday and the camera worked perfectly! Today the problem has returned?
Miracle solution?

Thank you in advance!

Configuration: Windows 7 / Firefox 9.0.1

try this. put it, set on the lens (steady it well) on a washing machine during the spin cycle.

    Good evening,
it's indeed a Coolpix compact... it has therefore met its end this way... JUST LIKE MANY NIKON COOLPIX!

    Thank you.

    Good evening,

If it's a Coolpix compact, we must admit that it has given up the ghost, a repair considering the price of the camera would cost more than buying a new one... :-((

The price of software is inversely proportional to its usability....

Same problem with my Coolpix S9100, lens stuck (it hasn't fallen), Darty customer service, 40 euros for the estimate, 140 euros for the repair, my device is 2 years and 6 months old, so I won't have it repaired, I called Nikon customer service who can't do anything, no goodwill gesture!! So I won't buy this brand again, and I will get a 5-year warranty for the next one.
