Il semble que vous n'avez pas installé les pilotes pour la fonction d'impression sur votre PC. Vous pouvez télécharger les pilotes pour votre modèle d'imprimante directement depuis le site des producteurs:

J'ai installé le cd rom d'installation donc il doit y avoir les bons pilotes dedans non? j'y connais rien.. J'ai ajouté un pilote à l'imprimante et le nouveau message d'erreur quand je veux imprimer est "l'imprimante ne répond pas". seulement j'ai très bien réussi à scanner un document. La fonction photocopieuse fonctionne aussi très bien. Il y a juste la fonction impression.
