Hello,
I just got a Canon MG5150 printer. I've installed it on my PC, but it's impossible to print. I can photocopy and scan, but I can't print. The error message indicates that the printer is not detected. However, the USB cable is properly connected. Do you have a solution?

It seems that you have not installed the drivers for the printing function on your PC. You can download the drivers for your printer model directly from the manufacturer's site:
