Good evening,

I’m trying to install what seems to be an important update, and here’s what it says:

NOTE: Microsoft Corporation (or, depending on where you live, one of its affiliates) grants you a license for this supplement. You may use one copy of this supplement with each licensed copy of the Microsoft Office System Desktop Application software (the “software”) 2003 & 2007. I accept the terms.
I do not accept.

I would like to know what this thing is for and what license it’s talking about?

    This doesn't speak to me at all.

    What is the KB number?

    Here there are only volunteers but no DEVELOPER.

      The Microsoft update is named KB followed by a number.

      Oh okay, except I don't see any number, it's a Microsoft Office File Validation Add-in update, if that helps.

      Ah okay.

      It's for communication with SkyDrive MSN, creating Word or PPT documents on Messenger.

      It accepts, and for the license, it's just the right of use with a prohibition on modifying the program or selling it for your profit.
