Windows update stuck at 100%

Hello everyone, this is the first update I am doing on my brand new Acer PC. I started the update at home, then I had to take my computer to my sister's place where it was already stuck on "Feature usage 100% completed". It’s been about 3 hours that it's been like this, and I'm wondering how I can turn it back on. Also, I wonder if it's because it's not connected to Wi-Fi?

    Hi,

    Restart it and see what happens, sometimes it gets stuck.
    Otherwise, check here by emptying Softwaredistribution: https://www.malekal.com/windows-bloque-a-linstallation-des-mises-a-jour/
