Windows refusing to install an update

Hello,
Systematic refusal of Windows Vista to install this update:
Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5 Service Pack 1 and update for the .NET Framework 3.5 x86 (KB951847)
Each attempt yields the message: "Windows update encountered an unknown error ("WindowsUpdate_00000057" "WindowsUpdate_dt000")"
Even when restarting, I always get the same error message.
What can I do to get this update installed?

No, nothing to do, every time I try to install the updates I get the message "code 57, Windows Update encountered an unknown error" and when I click on "Help & Support" here's what I get!
