Good evening
Since yesterday my computer no longer recognizes my scanner (hp 5300c)
it was working perfectly until now so I assume the drivers were installed.
I hadn't installed the acquisition software (I was going directly through acdsee)
I haven't deleted anything specific
I'm not a computer expert
Can you help me

I've already replied to the message but it doesn't seem to show up (I must have made a mistake) so I'm repeating myself at the risk of boring you
I have the drivers on a CD but I can always download more recent drivers from the manufacturer's website.
The problem is that I don't know what to uninstall regarding my scanner (no acquisition software, I hadn't installed it) and how to uninstall the drivers that must be there since the scanner was working until now?
