How to scan multiple pages into the same document? Solved

Hello,  I am using the scanner on Windows 10 and I can't seem to add pages to scan into the same document.  Is there anyone who can explain to me how this works on Windows 10, as it worked very well on Windows Vista? My printer/scanner is an EPSON SX600FW Series.  Thank you for your help.  Best regards.

Hello,  Thank you for your message. I use the scanner on Windows 10 and although I am scanning in .PDF, the system does not ask me if I want to add more pages.  So: I'm still having trouble. Thank you in advance for your advice.

Hello again,I want to scan multiple pages into the same document and not merge them into a PDF once scanned. This worked very well with Windows Vista, which asked me each time if I wanted to add another page...

Hello Karlheinz  I succeeded with my Epson XP-302 printer just like in the tutorial below.  https://support.epson-europe.com/onlineguides/fr/dx9400f/html_s/projs_5.htm  My remarks -I put my first page in the scanner -I start with EpsonScan - As in paragraph 6, in Image format set  Type = PDF (*.pdf) - When you get to paragraph 8, click on: Add a page - Replace the 1st page in the scanner with the 2nd - Continue this way if there are more pages to add - In the end, after saving, we will have a single document  PDF containing all the scanned pages. Hello Karlheinz  I am on W10 but I gave up a long time ago on the Windows scanner feature. Since W10 accesses our personal printer (e.g., Epson), I use EpsonScan directly as I explained. I don't see the point of going through W10 (and I'm not the only one in my circle doing this).  Have you thought about selecting Type: PDF(*.pdf) so it offers you the option to add more pages?  Have a good end of the afternoon.

Hello everyone,  I managed to create a shortcut to EPSON SCAN on the desktop. However, when I click or double-click it, nothing happens. So I still can't open EPSON SCAN. On the other hand, if I use SCANNER, it works, but I can't scan multiple pages into the same document.  Thank you very much in advance.  Best regards  Karlheinz

I use iCopy to scan, and it offers the option to scan multiple pages and save them as a PDF, regardless of the printer/scanner, and it works very well.

Hello Karlheinz  Whether it is Icopy or the Windows 10 scanner, they can only be used if they are connected to your own printer. Both work on my PC as long as I turn on my Epson printer to which they will connect.  Have a great rest of the afternoon.
