Télécharge notepad++ et encode en UTF-8 sans Bom
ou
donne le code de la page -

tu as mal suivi la procédure d'installation et surtout mal configuré "wp-login.php "
il te faut recommencer pas à pas et ça marchera ;) -

Le problème est résolu, c'est l'encodage qui n'était pas bon
