bonjour,
alors me voila bien perdu . je suis infecte depuis quelques jours de virus et de trojan .Quand je me connecte a internet mon ordinateur n affiche plus ma page d accueil mais "about blank"puis un site me disant que mon ordi est infecte , qu il me faut telecharger"pest trap" qui est lui meme me semble t til un virus .Il m est impossible de lire mes messages sur hotmail.....que puis je faire ???j ai deja norton anti virus et windows defender , cc cleaner rien n y fait
aider moi s il vous plait

    Salut,

    Si tu as MSN, supprimes tout pour l'instant. Tu le ré-installeras plus tard.

    Ensuite tu fais ceci :

    bon , je ne comprends vraiment plus rien j ai telechargé des millions de trucs anti virus tout ce que vous m avez dit et rien ne marche malheureusement .....system alert me dit que je suis infecté de adwre et de spyware et je ne peux toujours pas acceder a mes messages sur hotmail ,l ordi me renvoi a telecharger "system doctor" je ne sais rien sur ce logiciel ....
    aider moi s il vous plait

    Je t'avais demandé au poste <1> du supprimer tout ce qu'il y a en rapport avec MSN...
    Le W.E. y'a moins de monde donc faut patienter un peu. En plus un W.E. prolongé....

    Télécharge ceci: (merci a S!RI pour ce programme).

    Exécute le, Double click sur Smitfraudfix.cmd choisit l’option 1, il va générer un rapport
    Copie/colle le sur le poste stp.
    ==========
    Démarre en mode sans échec :
    Pour cela, tu tapotes la touche F8 dès le début de l’allumage du pc sans t’arrêter
    Une fenêtre va s’ouvrir tu te déplaces avec les flèches du clavier sur démarrer en mode sans échec puis tape entrée.
    Une fois sur le bureau s’il n’y a pas toutes les couleurs et autres c’est normal !
    (Si F8 ne marche pas utilise la touche F5).
    ===========
    Relance le programme Smitfraud,
    Cette fois choisit l’option 2, répond oui a tous ;
    Sauvegarde le rapport, Redémarre en mode normal, copie/colle le rapport sauvegardé sur le forum
