TV malfunction / total snow screen

Hello,
the internet and phone are working. The plugs are both green and the connections are correct. When I install a DVD, I have picture and sound.
As soon as I switch to TV mode, the screen remains totally "snowy" even though I can scroll through the Freebox channels which are displaying the channels correctly.

    If the screen displays "snow", it means that the reception is (by default) in analog mode, via the TV tuner. You should check the cable connecting the box to the TV: if the connection is via SCART, it is not activated.
