Snow on my TV screen

Hello,

for the past 3 months I've been seeing something like snow on my TV screen, Canal + is no longer on channel 4 but on channel 7, and when people talk on TV there are crackling sounds.
Could you tell me if this is due to my TV, my antenna cable, or other issues?

how old is your TV? Can you try a small TV (that someone can lend you) instead to test the antenna? That would help you find out where the problem comes from, whether it's the TV (but I don't believe so), or the antenna, or the socket? Have you checked your connections at the back? They’re not loose, or is the central wire touching the shielding? You see, there are simple things to check

It’s probably due to a bad connection of your cable, go check if everything is plugged in correctly.
If your TV is an antique, you’ll have to settle for some inconveniences on Canal +.
At the same time, given the programs on this channel, it’s not a huge loss.

What? Nothing because the signal is bad, so you will have two problems instead of one. Start by checking your connections, your antenna cable; if you have any doubts, borrow a small portable TV for a moment to try your outlet with your cable, and by deduction, you'll find where the problem comes from. If it's at the outlet and you are renting, you need to ask your manager or concierge for repairs; it is included in the maintenance contracts for the building.
