Can we find already printed documents

I would like to know if once a document is printed, there is a place where it is stored or if it is lost permanently. Let me explain, I am in dispute with an ISP that offered me full unbundling through its website and 8 weeks later I no longer have the right to it, even though I printed my request where the offer was specified. I printed this document via Acrobat Reader. How can I try to recover this document, thank you

Hello,

If you went through Acrobat Reader, I assume it was a document in Pdf format.
If you didn't save it, it's like a Web page, you can't recover it anymore.
