Facebook friend request issue!!

Hello,
I encountered a problem with adding friends on Facebook. The issue is that when I click on Add to my friends, I get a message like this:

Since sending invitations to people you do not know is considered undesirable, your friend requests will be blocked for 30 days. Please check the help pages for more information or contact us if you believe this is an error.

I don't know what to do! Should I cancel the invitations I've already sent? And how do I cancel them?

      If your contact requests have not been sent, it is likely because requests sent from your account have not been accepted or have been reported by members as unwanted.

      We will soon allow you to send friend requests again. You should only send such messages and invitations to people you really know. Additional limits would otherwise be imposed on your account.

    You just need to wait for the designated period, and everything will be fine.
