Hello,
After browsing many forums and contacting Epson's customer service, I still can't connect my printer to my computer. I'm connected to the internet via a Linksys wrt300n router and when I use the printer's control panel, it successfully detects my network. However, I cannot install the printer either with the provided CD or manually. I really don't understand how to proceed, and the only clue to the problem that I have is that when I print the printer's connection report to the router, everything is OK except at the bottom of the page, I have a small * indicating that there is a conflict at the router/access point level.
Hoping someone can help me so that I can finally use my printer.
