Laptop speakers for party

Hello,
To host a birthday party in a room, I have 2 Bouyer RC 2101 speakers and a laptop
Can I use these speakers, and if not, what equipment should I buy, considering I don't want to DJ the evening but just download a lot of music and let it play.
Thank you for your help

Configuration: Windows XP / Internet Explorer 7.0

I couldn't find anything about your speakers..

Often the "young people" want power (it’s useless)..

You need to have a minimum sensitivity rating of 95 for proper sound reinforcement.
You also need a wide frequency response in stereo bass/midrange/treble.

As well as a good amplifier with a high signal-to-noise ratio and a less attenuated bandwidth.

"12 hours continuously once a month won't damage your speakers unless you do it every weekend"

Thank you for this response. I should mention that I am a beginner and I don't want to get into the art of animation; I just want to know if the equipment I have available can help me make music for my wife's birthday.
I have a laptop and speakers that I received.
I took a photo of the back of the speakers, but I don't know if we can post it on the site.
If I need to buy an amplifier for the laptop, I would like advice on what equipment to purchase.
    Thank you.
