" fréquence non supportée "

Bonjour, j'installe les "sims 3" et l'installation se passe a merveille, je le lance, nikel jusqu'a ce que je lance une famille et l'écran me met "fréquence non supportée". Obliger d'éteindre par le bouton l'ordi. Je répète l'opération et tjr le même message. Aider moi !!!

Pourtant, le jeu demande:
XP sp2 min : j'ai xp sp3
2.0 GHz : j'ai 2.1 GHz
1 Go de ram : j'ai 1.5 go de ram
7.1 go d'espace : il me reste 56 go après installation
et une carte graphique de 128 mo compatible avec Pixel Shader : là je sais pas ou touver l'info

SVP aider moi ... j'ai aussi les sims 2 mais il marche nikel !

    Pour la carte graphique, fais ceci : Démarrer >>> exécuter >>> tape dxdiag >>> ok >>> sous l'onglet " Affichage ", tu as les informations.
