I'm unable to disassemble my Iomega Screenplay.

An Iomega is an external hard drive and if he wants to open it, it's likely that either his hard drive is dead or the enclosure itself is malfunctioning. To open it, you need to force it a bit; the two screws don't hold the case closed.
You have to flip the hard drive and forcefully (I used two large screwdrivers) pry off the plastic part. I left marks on the case.
