I can't access YouTube videos on 4G.

Hello,

For several months, if not more than a year, when I go on YouTube using 4G, the videos of the people I follow don't appear. If I search for certain YouTubers in the search bar, I end up with weird stuff or videos that are 5 years old. I even asked friends to send me video links to see if they open, and it says "Access to the video is limited. Please check the restrictions set by the Google Workspace administrator and/or the network administrator." And on my YouTube account, I saw that restricted mode was enabled, but I can't simply disable it.

Moreover, I had never set any restrictions, I've searched through all the settings but nothing works, I absolutely don't understand what I need to do to access YouTube smoothly. I even tried to create a second Google account but that doesn't work either!

Hello.

If you don't have parental controls like Family Link on your phone, go to the settings of YouTube (gear icon in the YouTube app) then in general settings disable restricted mode.
