static pupup

Question

Bonjour.

Depuis quelque temps j'ai le popup ''static'' qui s'afiche. Pas moyen de s'en débarraser sans le gestionnaire de tache non plus avec ''adsgone''. Est-ce que quelqu'un sais comment empecher se popup.
