How to restore the Medion Akoya E1210?

Hello, I have a Medion Akoya E1210 computer but I can no longer restore it by pressing F3 at startup and I no longer have the installation CD. How can I restore it?

Configuration: Windows Vista / Firefox 3.0.7

    If you have Windows and it is a Dell, you just need to press "F11" when the startup message "press <f11> to run recovery" appears, I did it, then choose your language and follow the instructions... It's not more complicated than that!</f11>

      the language selection option is only available by pressing the "F3" key at startup...
      I just tested it because a pesky "thing" was making my computer restart as soon as I launched Ccleaner or Avast... (maybe it was Cacaoweb, I was told)
      Anyway... from now on it will be MANDATORY SEASONAL CLEANING

      if you could clarify the modus operandi with the "F11" option, buddy, or anything else, that would be nice (despite the post date... yeah... even in 2014 you helped me THANK YOU)

    Hello,

    restoration is done using the F3 key, but if you made a change (like deleting the recovery partition, for example), it won't work.
