Overclock E2140

Bonjour,
je souhaiterais overclocké mon C2D qui est actuellement a 1200MHz (bien que sa fréquence d'origine est de 1600MHz , ne me demander pas pourquoi xD) , pour ne pas que ma 4850GS soit trop Cpu Limited :D

Donc je vais commencer par changer d'alim (j'ai une LCPOWER 400W ) par une ?
