Problème son realtek!!!

Bonjour à tout le monde,

Voilà, je viens de refaire à neuf mon PC et je n'ai plus de son. J'avais déjà eu ce problème il y a quelques années et on m'avait aidé. Comme les années on passé je ne sais pas quoi faire. J'ai essayé de télécharger plusieurs drives mais il n'y a rien à faire...
