Bamboo Dock Issue

Weightless -
 Maiiii -
Hello everyone,
For Christmas I received a Bamboo fun pen & touch graphic tablet. I installed it, registered it. I downloaded the driver as well as the Dock. But when I get to the page to download the minis, it tells me that I haven't downloaded the Dock yet.
I tried everything (uninstalling and reinstalling, I attempted to call customer service but no answer, I read and reread the manual) but nothing works.
Could someone help me?
Configuration: Windows Vista Internet Explorer 8.0

try to download the minis from the bamboo dock directly
and if not uninstall the dock then clean all your cookies and temporary files on your machine using a tool like CCleaner,
restart the machine, install bamboo dock by downloading it from http://bamboo.wacom.eu/dock-minis/en/

and see what happens.
I hope you are using a web browser like Internet Explorer 7 at least (Vista already comes with IE 7 by default) or Explorer 8 or Firefox 3.5 at least.
and that all your Flash and Macromedia plugins are up to date!

Hello everyone
I am happy to find this topic because I have exactly the same problem as Weightless. Brand new Bamboo Fun pen&touch, I followed all the instructions to install it, I download and install Bamboo Dock, but I can't download new minis: "you need to download and install Bamboo Dock"....
I followed your instructions Rastiscar, but it didn't change anything in my case...
HELP!

Good evening Luke1,
well, to answer you, no, there wasn't any of that in the box but actually, it's not a big deal because it's not necessary... I already have the Adobe suite so that's fine.
No, what is bothersome is that to access the minis (which Wacom boasts about a lot on their site) you need to download the software that manages them: Bamboo Dock (that's done! many times actually...) but when I go to Wacom to download other minis, it always says "you must first install Bamboo Dock" but it's already done...........
And of course, the technical support remains silent.
Maybe they don't understand French....

For the minis, I forgot to mention that they can be downloaded directly from bamboo dock, and that’s when the issue occurs less often.
I want to emphasize that if the machine is in good condition with Adobe Flash up to date and Adobe Air up to date, then there are no issues.

Good evening,

Don't they include everything on discs at Wacom anymore? I bought the latest one last year for my little niece and had everything in the box (February 2009): the discs with Photoshop Elements and Artrage, the driver disc, and the disc with the famous Duck, Bamboo Scribe, Bamboo Space, and Bamboo Link for Windows and Mac, which I actually haven't installed....

Luke

Hello,
I had the same problem after the Bamboo Dock update. At first, I tried to reinstall the application from the Wacom website, but it didn't work. So, I reinstalled it using my old application that I had saved on my external disk. I reinstalled Bamboo Dock version 2.
I hope this helps you.
