Leboncoin RIB Issue

Hello, I need your help. To get my money, Leboncoin kindly asked me for my bank details (before, they didn't ask for it).

So I sent it, but nothing happens.

I will show you in screenshots.

It creates a loop when I relaunch the app; basically, I start where I left off in screenshot 1 each time. I keep sending the bank details, but nothing happens (it's been like this for several days).

Do you have a solution? Thank you in advance.

(I don’t know where to post this, so I chose the internet, because Leboncoin is online)

    Hello, clear your internet browser's cache. (Update the internet browser + a run of Ccleaner on the computer - well that's extra, clearing the cache should suffice).

    Turn off your box by unplugging the power supply for 10 seconds and then plug it back in...

    Try with another computer.

    Finally, make sure you don't have a plugin like "NoScript" enabled on your internet browser.

    For my part, no bank details were requested when sending an advertisement.

    I don't have bank details on my account, but it's impossible to add it; "unable to add an account due to an error on your account."

    It's impossible to find the contact form that is supposedly located at the bottom of the page under "contact customer service."

    I have had a balance on my account for a year (I had forgotten about it, but it was while posting a new ad and visiting my profile that I saw it).

    I sent a new ad, but still no way to attach bank details.

    Any solution?

    Usually, it takes a few days for the transfer to be completed (at least 3 or 4 days).

    If nothing comes through, contact your bank without delay.

      Hello. It has nothing to do with it. It's just that I have a bug.

      My money is in my Leboncoin wallet but it's frozen because now they want a bank account statement but it's bugged. If we resolve the problem then I'll have my money. All my transactions are made with Leboncoin secure payment only.

      Either the pdf document is incorrect or it's a scam; especially since it's about receiving money, there's never an issue with the document for payments; in fact, it's not even requested.

      To be checked.

      Contacting your bank advisor would be beneficial for this situation.
