NSIS error: impossible de l'enlever

Bonjour A Tous
Vous allez peut-être me dire que ce poste est inutile car il y a déjà un poste sur ce sujet, MAIS mon cas n'a jamais été sité jusque là. En effet ça fait depuis maintenant 1 JOURNÉE entière que je cherche a résoudre ce problème, j'ai formaté 4 fois mon PC mais ce message persévère et réa-parer à chaque fois...

J'ai tout essayer, désinstaller le PARE-FEU de NVIDIA, de RE-TÉLÉCHARGER LE FICHIER PLUSIEURS FOIS EN VIDENT LE CACHER, enfin tout ce que montré ce lien

Je suis sous windows XP PROFESSIONEL SP2
Et auparavant quand je formaté mon PC je n'avais jamais ce problème...
