Hello

Look in the C: drive under program files to see if you can find a folder named "Inferno". There you should see a file named "Confidential". Open that file and you will see a line 'Uninstall Shredder" and then click on "uninstall"

Let us know if it worked or not. Talk to you later

Thank you very much for this answer. It only takes me two seconds to uninstall Shredder. You just need to go to Programs and look for the Confidential folder, open that folder, then go to the uninstallation file named "uns", and then it's magic.

Hello
do not download the SpyShredder software.

SpyShredder falls into the category of fraudulent anti-spyware programs. Usually, SpyShredder infiltrates your computer through security vulnerabilities. Once installed, SpyShredder can block other AntiVirus programs and will start displaying system messages regarding your security. These messages are false and designed to scare users into purchasing a full version of SpyShredder. Furthermore, SpyShredder can be very difficult to remove manually or through the Add/Remove Programs feature, as it will attempt to recreate itself.

Can you boot into safe mode?
If so, run Malwarebytes and delete everything it finds
otherwise, a manual attempt!
type Regedit in Run and in Edit, search for SpyShredder;
if found you will be directed to the key and you delete it;

PS be careful not to delete just anything.
