Bonjour,
j'ai spy-bot et antivir, à jour, je viens de faire un scan spybot tout va bien, mais, orange m'ayant gentitment proposé de faire un scan de mon ordi j'ai dit oui, et oh surprise il me trouve tout un tas de cookies et me propose donc ses services payants. Question : info ou intox ???
lecookies en question seraient : trackingcookie.yielmanager, track.....atwola, trac...webtrens, trac...xiti, adbrite, zanox, adtech, atdmt,aadvertising, 2o7, questionmarket, c'est tout,
j'ai un hijackthis je ne sais pas si c'est nécessaire, quelqu'un peut-il éclairer ma lanterne

Bonjour,
Les cookies ne sont pas des infections, ce sont des fichiers qui contiennent des informations. Certains de ces cookies tracent ta navigation sur internet pour établir un profil commercial, de manière à t'afficher des publicités plus ciblées.
Pour limiter ce phénomène, deux choses à faire :
1) Utilise exclusivement le navigateur Firefox, et installe les deux extensions de sécurité suivantes :
AdBlockPlus pour filtrer les publicités ;
WOT, pour t'avertir des sites web dangereux.
2) Lance Spybot --> Mets le à jour --> Fais les vaccinations
Pour effacer les cookies qui sont actuellement présents sur ton ordinateur :
Télécharge et installe CCleaner, puis lance le.
Ferme ton navigateur.
Clique sur Nettoyeur → Analyse → Lancer le nettoyage, puis sur OK dans la fenêtre qui s' affiche.
Tu peux garder ce logiciel et l'utiliser régulièrement (une fois par semaine est une bonne moyenne).

merci pour la réponse , hier en attendant j'ai fait "malwarebytes" en lisant à droite à gauche, il m'a trouvé effectivement uhn machin,
quant à ccleaner, je m'en suis servie 2 fois et à chaque fois mon ordi a bugé et j'ai été obligée de reformater,donc je vais eviter,
et essayer les autres solutions,
