Hello,

I have CCMX software, I edited (as PDF) the accounting statement (final journals, general ledger, etc.). When I go to the period management to perform a final opening of year N+1, I’m blocked because I’m asked to print the final journals plus those of the closing general ledger. How do I do this? Is it because only a partial extract of the general ledger appears as a PDF?

Thank you for your answers, as I’m really stuck... and behind on my entries.

    Hello
    to close an exercise you need to
    click on dossier
    to close the period
    enter the date e.g. 12/2009

    or
    print
    accounting statements print
    check: journals, then check definitive 1st print
    then check big book, trial balance, central journals, opening vouchers tx

    thus after viewing pdf or printing you will be able to reopen the new exercise
    there you go

    Hello,

    I’m taking the liberty to follow up on this post after fabala09’s reply. Indeed, I can’t close an exercise. I did the final edits for exercise N, but when I try to proceed to final reopening I get the following message: "Final reopening impossible, the closing general ledger has not been printed." So I tried to print the closing GL again, but now it tells me that "Closing balance N-1 is not validated." I don’t know what else to try. Do you have any advice you can give me because I don’t know what to do?
