      It's very simple, go to the game forum and send them a message asking them to unblock you. They're the ones who will do it.

      gametwist never answers our questions, only sends pre-written emails.

      I'm stuck for 15 days, I've sent 10 emails to gametwistsupport with no response. Yesterday, I created another email address and bought 10 euros worth of twists with PayPal. I played and won 60,000 TWISTS, worth 50 euros. I was happy, but when I wanted to play on another machine, they blocked me. I lost all my twists and cannot reconnect, even after an hour it doesn’t come back. I am very angry; they don't respond to emails and even their phone number doesn't work. It's a scam with no way to contact them. What should I do? Thank you.
