Win32.Brontok et Shell32.dllRésolu/Fermé

Question

Bonjour,

Depuis ce matin je suis en train d'essayer de supprimer des fichiers qui contiennent ces virus, et que ce soit via mon antivirus (avira) ou manuellement (j'ai trouvé l'emplacement des fichiers), impossible de mettre en quarantaine, de supprimer ou de refuser l'accès. 

Il y a plusieurs choses : 

Le centre de sécurité windows me signale un ver Win32.Brontok. 

L'antivirus me signale un problème avec shell32.dll, et quand je scane manuellement les fichiers dans application file il trouve

Salut,

Telecharge combofix : http://download.bleepingcomputer.com/sUBs/ComboFix.exe

-> Double clique combofix.exe. 
-> Tape sur la touche 1 (Yes) pour démarrer le scan. 
-> Lorsque le scan sera complété, un rapport apparaîtra. Copie/colle ce rapport dans ta prochaine réponse. 

NOTE : Le rapport se trouve également ici : C:\Combofix.txt 

Avant d'utiliser ComboFix : 

-> Déconnecte toi d'internet et referme les fenêtres de tous les programmes en cours. 

-> Désactive provisoirement et seulement le temps de l'utilisation de ComboFix, la protection en temps réel de ton Antivirus et de tes Antispywares, qui peuvent géner fortement la procédure de recherche et de nettoyage de l'outil. 

Une fois fait, sur ton bureau double-clic sur Combofix.exe. 

- Répond oui au message d'avertissement, pour que le programme commence à procéder à l'analyse du pc. 

-Attention  Pendant la durée de cette étape, ne te sert pas du pc et n'ouvre aucun programmes. risque de figer l'ordi 

- En fin de scan il est possible que ComboFix ait besoin de redemarrer le pc pour finaliser la désinfection\recherche, laisses-le faire. 

- Un rapport s'ouvrira ensuite dans le bloc notes, ce fichier rapport Combofix.txt, est automatiquement sauvegardé et rangé à C:\Combofix.txt) 

-> Réactive la protection en temps réel de ton Antivirus et de tes Antispywares, avant de te reconnecter à internet. 

-> Reviens sur le forum, et copie et colle la totalité du contenu de C:\Combofix.txt dans ton prochain message. 

!\ Ne touche à rien tant que le scan n'est pas terminé. /!\ : risque de figer l'ordi (plantage complet)

Coucou, 

J'ai suivi la procédure de pré-désinfection indiquée sur ce site à cette adresse

et apparemment plus de virus en vue... je referai un scan avec avira cette nuit.

Ce qui m'inquiète plus, c'est que je n'ai ni usb ni disque dur externe sur ce PC. Je n'ai pas non plus de client mail type outlook ou thunderbird mais uniquement des adresses on-line (type hotmail, gmail etc). Comment le virus a-t-il pu infecter mon ordinateur? Par msn peut être? Je fais pourtant attention à ne rien ouvrir ni exécuter sans en connaître la provenance avec certitude, et je n'avais pas ouvert de fichier ce matin.

Telecharge FindyKill sur ton bureau :

Alors, l'ordi n'est pas le mien à la base, c'est un que j'ai récupéré d'un copain et le nom de l'ordi est "Madamboevarix" si c'est la question que tu te poses. 

Sinon j'ai wow, saced, Half life, devil may cry et heroes. Je crois que c'est à peu près tout en jeux.

Déconnecte toi et ferme toutes application en cours ( navigateur compris ) . 

• Branche tes sources de données externes à ton PC, (clé USB, disque dur externe, etc...)

• Relance "FindyKill" : au menu principal choisis l'option " F " pour français et tape sur [entrée] .

• Au second menu choisis l'option2 (suppression) et tape sur [entrée] 

• Le pc va redémarrer automatiquement ...

--> Poste le rapport qui apparait à la fin ( le rapport est sauvegardé aussi sous C:\FindyKill.txt )

Sauvegarde ce fichier sur ton bureau sous le nom de CFScript.txt.


Glisse maintenant le fichier CFScript.txt dans Combofix.exe comme ci-dessous :

Cela va relancer Combofix,

Une fenêtre bleue va apparaître: au message qui apparaît ( Type 1 to continue, or 2 to abort) , tape 1 puis valide.

Patiente le temps du scan.Le bureau va disparaître à plusieurs reprises: c'est normal!

Ne touche à rien tant que le scan n'est pas terminé.

Après redémarrage, poste le contenu du rapport Combofix.txt accompagné d'un rapport Hijackthis.

S'il n'y a pas de rédémarrage, poste quand même les rapports.

télécharge malwarbyte http://www.commentcamarche.net/telecharger/telechargement 34055379 malwarebytes anti malware

a l'installation vérifie que mise a jour et lancer programme et scan complet sont bien cocher 

Une fois a jour, le programme va se lancer; clic sur l´onglet paramètre, et coche la case : "Arrêter internet explorer pendant la suppression". 

A la fin du scan clique sur Afficher les résultats 

Suppression des éléments détectés >>>> clique sur Supprimer la sélection ou supprimer tout 
S'il t'es demandé de redémarrer >>> clique sur "Yes"

vide la quarantaine d'antivir après sa 

pour nettoyer les fix qui ont servit

Ferme toutes les applications en cours, puis télécharge ToolsCleaner2 sur ton Bureau.

Double clique sur ToolsCleaner2.exe >
puis Recherche
et sur Suppression
Note : ton bureau va disparaître, c'est normal. S'il n'apparaît pas à la fin du scan, fais la manip suivante :

CTRL+ALT+SUPP pour ouvrir le Gestionnaire des tâches.
Puis rends toi à l'onglet "Processus". Clique en haut à gauche sur Fichiers et choisis "Exécuter"

Tape explorer.exe et valide. Cela fera re-apparaître le Bureau

tu poste le rapport générer après suppression

en s'occupera de sa apres

(après sa en purgera ta restauration system et en créera un nouveau point et en passera un coup de ccleaner et en finira par un scan en ligne)

Ya pas eu de vrai rapport, mais il n'a trouvé que les programmes de nettoyage que tu m'as conseillés. ^^

salut;c'est bien sa

purger les points de restauration : 
1.Ouvre le Menu Démarrer 
2.Clique-droit sur Poste de travail 
3.Clique sur Propriétés 
4.Positionne-toi dans l'onglet Restauration du système 
5.Coche Désactiver la restauration système 
6.Valide par Ok 
7.Redémarre 
8.Reproduis les manipulations 1 à 3 
9.Décoche Désactiver la restauration système 
10.Valide par Ok

tu va télécharger Ccleaner https://www.ccleaner.com/ccleaner/download

ouvre "Ccleaner" vas dans l'onglet "Option" puis "Avancé" puis décoches "Effacer uniquement les fichiers, du dossier temp de Windows, plus vieux que 48 heures."

. Puis vas dans l'onglet "Nettoyeur" fais "Analyse" puis "Lancer le nettoyage".
 Puis vas dans l'onglet "Registre" puis fait "Chercher des erreurs" puis "Réparer les erreurs sélectionnée"
. Tu refais tous ca 4-5 fois (le nettoyage et le registre). 

Puis reste dans "Ccleaner" puis va dans "Option" puis "Propriété" puis coches "Nettoyer automatiquement l'ordinateur au démarrage".
