Hello,
I don't know if I'm in the right place and I think the question has already been asked, but here is my question: how can I send a private message to a registered member on this site?

    Simple: you click on their username (if it’s blue) and you will see a small brown box that says "private message"
    but if you click on a username that is gray, it means the person is posting anonymously and is not registered on CCM, so: no private message for that person!! easy to understand, right?

    Thank you for your quick and clear responses. However, the person told me that she was registered on CCM but her username is in gray, so there’s no way to contact her via private message.
    My question is, if you respond to a question via the link provided in your email, do you need to identify yourself for your username to be blue?

    Hi. You click on their username (only if they are registered) and you click on "Private Message" (an orange tab).
