Bonjour,
Mon ordi redémarre tout a coup, pendant ma session. Je ne fais rien de spécial qui pourrait me donner un indice. Il redémarre quand il veut!!!!
Quand j'utilise (menu démarrer et ARRÊTÉ) pour fermer l'ordi, l'écran ferme mais pas l'ordi.
Quelqu'un a-t-il déjà eu ce problème?
J'ai un ordi avec vista familial 2 ans environ.

Bonjour.
Copier/Coller le texte ci-dessous entre les pointillés dans Bloc-Notes.
Le sauvegarder sous le nom réparer.reg
Puis l'envoyer sur le bureau.
Ensuite , il suffit de cliquer dessus.
