Hello,
I bought the 1st Boss PC from LDLC, to assemble myself. I believe I followed all the instructions correctly, but when starting up, there’s no beep, and the screen goes directly into sleep mode. Also, the keyboard doesn’t seem to power on (but I’m not sure). The mouse works fine. The fans are running, including the processor fan.
I can open and close the DVD drive without any issues.
However, to turn it off, I have to cut the power at the power supply because the front button turns it on but doesn’t turn it off.
I tried connecting the screen directly to the motherboard as well, but got the same result.

Hi, check that your RAM sticks are properly inserted, if so test them one by one, make sure your graphics card is properly plugged in and that you have connected the additional PCIe power connectors if it has any, keep us updated.
So I double-checked everything, everything was plugged in correctly, we tested the RAM separately and couldn't get it to work.
That's when I compared the RAM that was sent to us with the one listed on the LDLC website, and indeed I think they sent us the wrong RAM. We received 800 MHz instead of the 667 that was on the ad on their website.
I think we’ll call tomorrow to find out what's going on.
