Hello,
After loading the default settings of my BIOS, my BIOS is stuck in a boot loop and won't access Windows. I noticed that in the "boot priority" section of my BIOS, no disks are displayed.
Config:
Motherboard: Asus TUF X570 Plus Gaming WiFi
Processor: Ryzen 5 3600
Graphics Card: Gigabyte RTX 2070 Super
HDD: Seagate Barracuda 2TB
SSD: Kingston A480 480GB in M.2
RAM: 2 sticks of 8GB each at 3600 MHz

Hello,
Resetting the default settings may have changed the BIOS mode; if it’s in UEFI, switch it to Legacy and vice versa.

Hi

Did you assemble the PC?
The BIOS reset loaded default values and the boot order must have changed, which is typical; you need to put the disk where Windows is installed first in the boot order.

Yes, I assembled the PC. When I click on "boot priority," nothing shows up. If there is another way to reset the boot priority order, could you please explain it to me? That would be nice.

Hello, set your BIOS to " French " (easier)
top left click on " English "
then press the " F7 " key (advanced mode)
then menu " boot "

I put it in French. That doesn't change the fact that "startup priorities" is

opaque and I can't click on it.

Yes, on the HDD. It was after resetting the BIOS settings that my Windows wouldn't boot anymore and my HDD no longer appeared in "boot priority."

The BIOS cannot see if a drive is in RAW or FAT formatting; that's a different parameter.

in " Advanced " press the " Escape " key to exit " smart disk " go back
and you should have a list of options

What I meant to say is that this parameter is no longer supposed to exist on recent motherboards like the Asus TUF X570, the UEFI being native and this model being compatible only with Windows 10, the legacy mode is no longer needed.
It has normally been absent from BIOS for a few years now.

Anyway, there was nothing else to do but what I mentioned above, what matters is that everything works.

As for the question from flo88, for your information, both modes exist, here is what the motherboard manual says in paragraph 3.8 Boot Menu.
