Unowhy y13 and the PC won't start

Hello, I own a unowhy y13. The computer won't start, black screen. The PC is charged because the indicator was red and then turned green. Does anyone have a solution before it ends up in the recycling bin?

      Hello,

      If it has been "unlocked" as it should be, we can always try to reinstall Windows, format it as long as we find the drivers...

      If it's a hardware failure, it will cost more to repair than the device's value itself, if it can be repaired at all.
