    Yes, there is this code, otherwise there are two tables available for download somewhere on the net, one listing all the needs bars, and the other the aspirations gauge. Do a quick search on Google, you should find it quickly... ;)
    Otherwise, there is also the InSIMenator, which allows you to... do everything.
